Nico Murri is an Italian graphic designer, illustrator and cultural producer. His practice spans illustration, visual identity and cultural project development, with a particular focus on the relationship between image, music and storytelling. Over the years, he has created a number of visual projects distinguished by their recognisable style and methodology, including portrait series inspired by popular icons and figures from contemporary culture, characterised by an essential, symbolic and highly distinctive graphic language. His approach combines design rigour with artistic sensitivity, weaving together cultural, visual and biographical references. Alongside his work as a designer and illustrator, he has developed significant experience in the conception and direction of cultural initiatives. He has directed the contemporary art gallery Fabrica Fluxus and the photography and cinematography school F.project, contributing to the development of exhibitions, educational programmes and research projects dedicated to the visual arts. Since 2023, he has been Production Manager at Spazio13, a cultural regeneration centre in Bari, where he is responsible for the planning, organisation and coordination of artistic, musical and performative events.
