Deliveries are made to the postal address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure stored in the Purchase Order. The Customer is responsible for the address provided. No liability shall be attributable to the Seller for errors in shipment or incorrect delivery of products due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the Customer's completion of the Purchase Order.

Puglia Design Store delivers throughout Italy. However, some products may not be available for delivery in all geographical areas. Delivery availability in the geographical area indicated by the user is always confirmed in the purchase form.

Delivery times are indicated on the Site in the form of a date range (minimum date-maximum date), taking into account the product production time and the time required to ship the goods. The Site calculates delivery times on the basis of the location of the Customer's browser and assuming payment for the order is made by Credit Card (the fastest form of credit). Following the Customer's completion of the Order form with details of the place of delivery and method of payment, the Site will refine the calculation of delivery times in real time.

As an indication, shipping times vary between 1 to 3 working days for Italy and for products in stock, 25 to 40 days for products to be manufactured and then shipped.

The Customer acknowledges and accepts that a Purchase Order comprising several Goods sold and shipped by different Sellers entails separate delivery procedures for each Seller and therefore different delivery times for each item ordered. Customers are invited to always check the estimated shipping and delivery times as indicated next to each Product.

In the case of a Purchase Order comprising products purchased from the same Brand, the individual Products may require different production times. Also in this case the Products could therefore be shipped and delivered with different lead times. We therefore invite Customers to always check the shipping and delivery times of each individual item, even if from the same Brand.

In case of Products sold and shipped by Puglia Design Store, Delivery will be made by courier between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. The Carrier shall make no. 1 (one) delivery attempt of the Products in case of national shipments and no. 2 (two) delivery attempts in case of international shipments to the address indicated by the Customer. In case of absence at the first Delivery, the Carrier shall leave a notice at the addressee's address stating that a delivery (or two in case of international shipments) was attempted. After the unsuccessful attempt, the Carrier shall contact Puglia Design Store to agree the next correct action in compliance with the provisions of Article 1690 of the Italian Civil Code.

After a further 20 (twenty) days (calendar) of storage the Order shall be automatically cancelled pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code and Puglia Design Store shall not reimburse the Customer the value of the Order.

Unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase, the products sold by Puglia Design Store provide standard delivery to the street level. Puglia Design Store does not carry out the installation service of the products.

At the time of Delivery, the presence of the Customer or of a trusted person is required to check that the packaging is intact and clean and that the Products received correspond to what is indicated on the Order.

The risk of loss or damage of the Goods, for causes not attributable to the Seller, is transferred to the Customer only at the moment in which the latter, or a third party designated by him and different from the Carrier, materially takes possession of the Goods.

The Seller, understood as Puglia Design Store, shall not be liable for any damage to the products or for any shipping delays occurring after delivery to the Carrier in charge of their transport.

In the event of defects immediately noticeable upon delivery, such as for example the number of packages not corresponding to the order or the non-integrity of the packaging, the Customer (or the person in charge of collecting the goods) is obliged to make an immediate report in writing to the Carrier (collection with reserve) and to contact the Vendor through the platform within 3 (three) working days from the date of delivery.

For purchases in which the country of the Seller shipping the goods and the country of the Customer receiving them are different, additional customs duties may be applied upon delivery of the goods. In this case a notice will appear on the product sheet. Customs policies vary considerably from country to country, so please contact the customs office in your country to check for any additional taxes.

In the event of delays or non-delivery of the purchased goods, the Customer may inform the Seller through the "Contact Us" link on the web platform. The Seller undertakes to contact the Customer within 3 (three) working days.

The Sellers shall not be held liable for any shipping delays or impossibility of delivery due to: national or local scheduled holidays, strikes, riots, natural disasters, carrier accidents, theft, robbery. Should the cause of force majeure persist beyond a period of 3 (three) months, the order shall be automatically cancelled.

Any delays in delivery shall not entitle the customer to refuse delivery of the products, nor to claim compensation or indemnity of any kind.
