All Puglia design Store products are handcrafted by our designers and may therefore differ slightly in patterns and colors compared to the photos on the site. For an informed purchase, as indicated on each product page, we suggest contacting us for more information, additional photos or for any doubts.

Please read the following terms and conditions regarding withdrawal carefully:

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product without having to provide any reason. However, we would like to know the reason for your decision to improve our services.

Notice of withdrawal:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear written declaration. You can send us an email to info@pugliadesignstore.it and attach the completed withdrawal form, available on our website. Please be sure to include the following information: name, address, order number, and a clear description of the product you wish to return.

Product return:

After communicating your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, complete with all accessories and in its original packaging. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Return costs:

The costs of returning the product are your responsibility, unless the reason for the return is attributable to an error on our part (defective product, incorrect product delivered, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery of your return.

Reimbursement:

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the amount paid, including the original shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless you agree to a different method. It may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
